Podcast: How To Improve Your Vocabulary And Speaking

Today I want to tell you a little bit more about my morning routine! Well, my routine is a bit crazy, so every day is a different day. However, there are things I do every morning. So I will try to explain how my morning routine Works.
Well, as you know I’m a teacher, YouTuber, and blogger! So, I have to juggle (to balance) my time between these activities. I teach students every morning, but not all morning.
I usually wake up around six thirty a.m. I wake up at this time whether I have classes in the morning or not. I like to get up early. That way I feel like I have more time to do the things I need to.
After I wake up, the first thing I do is brush my teeth and have some breakfast. I am so hungry in the morning! I can’t think clearly without any food! After that, I check my emails. I like to see if there is anything urgent, or any important email I need to answer right away. If I have a class in the morning, I prepare myself for that class by reviewing the content of the class.well, I like to prepare my classes in advance and only review it on the day of the class. If I don’t have classes in the morning, I try to work out. I feel more energetic in the morning, so this is the best time for me to exercise. Lately, I haven’t had much time for that, but I’m trying! Once I’m done working out, I go back to work. I prepare blog material, I correct my students’ homework, I check my social media to see if there are any questions from my subscribers and followers and I also try to edit my youtube videos!
I also make my own food every day. So I usually start cooking in the morning, well not early in the morning. Around 11 a.m. I start preparing my lunch at this time. It usually takes me 30 to 40 minutes to do so.
Right now, I’m trying to change some habits and include new ones. I would love to do yoga in the morning or even meditation! I read that people who meditate in the morning, feel more energetic and more focused throughout the day. I would love that!.
